A good sign for Greek economy by ECB
The reduction of 1.6 billion euros in the borrowing ceiling decided ECB. This decision reflects an improvement of the liquidity situation of Greek banks, taking into account private sector deposits flows.

European Central Bank's governing council lowered the borrowing ceiling for Greek banks by 1.6 billion euros, as it did not object to a Bank of Greece's request for an ELA-ceiling for Greek banks of 38.9 billion euros, up to and including Thursday, 7 September 2017./IBNA
