Bucharest International Technical Fair opens its gates

Bucharest International Technical Fair (TIB) is opening its gates on Wednesday, at Romexpo, starting 10:00 hrs, the event being at its 42nd edition.

The event will be held between 12-15 October and it will gather 160 companies from 12 countries.

"Simultaneous with the TIB another two traditional events will take place — ExpoEnergiE — International Fair for renewable energy, conventional energy and equipment and technologies for the oil and natural gas industry and Inventika — Inventions and Innovations Hall dedicated to academics, researchers and inventors. At the TIB, on a surface of over 7000 square meters, approximately 160 companies from Romania, Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Italy, France, the United Kingdom, Poland, Czechia, Spain, Turkey and Hungary are exhibiting and greeting their visitors with the most recent creations," the document reveals.

The fair will be attended by representatives from domains like mechanic and electric engineering, machines—tools, hydraulic equipment, metallurgy, electronics and automations, industrial robots but also communications, IT and industrial software.

"Visitors will enjoy a series of presentations and displays of machines and of equipment which ensures a great flexibility and a rapid growth of the productivity in the industrial area and in the ones related to it. (...) Dalpa will present within the Inventika an unique worldwide device for producing and distributing the vehicle's windshield fluid. The focus and attraction areas of the 2016 TIB will be, as in every year, the robotic and industrial machines areas, where the whole process of making several products can be seen," the organizers mentioned.

A ticket for adults and students is 10 lei per day and children under 7 year old, disabled persons and institutionalized persons are granted free entrance.
