Representatives of the Serb List have submitted today a grievance to the Constitutional Court, regarding the voting of the bill concerning Trepca metallurgic plant. According to the Serb List, the Constitution has been breached by voting this bill.

The head of the parliamentary group of this political party, Slavko Simic said after filing the grievance that: “Several articles of the Constitution have been breached with the voting of the bill on Trepca, relating to the Serb community living in Kosovo”.

Simic was asked as to the decision that the Serb List expects from the Constitutional Court.

“I don’t want to speculate the decision, but we expect an entirely professional and unbiased decision”, Simis said. /balkaneu.com/
